Afkar provides a platform connecting research creators with participants. Creators can design and publish studies, while participants can complete studies and earn rewards for their contributions.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- One person may only maintain one account.
4. Creator Responsibilities
- Studies must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Creators must not collect sensitive personal data without proper consent mechanisms.
- Payment for approved responses must be fulfilled promptly.
- Study content must not be misleading, harmful, or discriminatory.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Provide honest and thoughtful responses to studies.
- Complete studies you have started in good faith.
- Do not attempt to manipulate or game the platform.
- Maintain accurate profile information for proper study matching.
6. Payments and Rewards
- Rewards are paid upon creator approval of responses.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
- All payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others.
- Submitting fraudulent or automated responses.
- Sharing account credentials with others.
- Attempting to circumvent platform security measures.
- Using the platform for any illegal purposes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Afkar is not liable for disputes between creators and participants. We provide the platform as-is and make no guarantees about study quality or participant responses.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
